Head to our Plans page, pick the tier that fits your brand, and click "Get Started." You'll be guided through a short onboarding wizard where you set up your store name, upload your logo, and enter payment details. The whole process takes under five minutes.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. When you upgrade, the new features kick in immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
If you go over your plan's SKU allowance, each additional SKU is billed at the overage rate listed on your plan. You'll receive a heads-up notification before any extra charges apply, so there are no surprises on your invoice.
Once a customer places an order, we handle everything — printing, packing, and shipping — through our fulfillment network. You can track every order in real time from your dashboard, and your customers receive branded tracking updates automatically.
Design credits let you request premium, custom artwork from our in-house team. Each credit covers one design asset such as a product graphic or packaging layout. Unused credits roll over for up to 90 days, so you never lose them.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as bank transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and you can update your payment method at any time in your account settings.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings — no phone calls or hoops to jump through. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period, and you keep access to all your data and order history after cancellation.
